Mayor Staff Sector
The Mayor's Staff Office consists of the Mayor's special secretary, the administrative secretary and the communication and visual identity area.
The Mayor Staff Sector supports the Mayor in the performance of his or her own functions and prerogatives by assisting him or her in organizing the work of the Council, in relations with individual aldermen and with the council groups; participates in the conference of group leaders with secretarial functions; supervises the specific attributions of the Mayor and ensures the preparation of delegations and appointments within the Mayor's authority; handles external relations on behalf of the Mayor; verifies and investigates the Mayor's correspondence; ensures the management of the Mayor's Ceremonial and assistance to institutional bodies for public events, meetings, conventions, official visits and coordinates and organizes the Mayor's Particular Secretariat; assists the Mayor with measures pertaining to health and relations with the ASL and the University Hospital Company; institutional communication - press office.
